盘鼓一体制动器设计-丰田花冠轿车制动系统的设计

摘 要本说明书主要介绍了丰田花冠轿车制动系统的设计。首先介绍了汽车制动系统的发展、结构、分类，并通过对鼓式制动器和盘式制动器的结构及优缺点进行分析。最终确定方案采用盘鼓一体式制动器。除此之外，还介绍盘鼓一体式制动器主要部件的参数选择及主要零部件的结构形式与设计计算，制动管路布置形式等的设计过程。同时对设计系统进行了性能分析与校核计算。关键词 制动系统、结构设计、分析计算
