区域临床检验信息管理系统的设计与实现

随着信息时代的到来，医院医学检验工作发生了巨大的变化，各种智能的检验仪器先后被应用到医学检验工作中，它们产生了大量医学检验数据。医院要在竞争中不断发展，就需要不断提高医疗质量和诊断水平。这些都离不开医疗检验数据。医疗检验数据已成为提高医院诊疗水平的重要因素。如何利用先进的设备，以较低的成本开发出高效、安全的医学检验数据管理系统，满足医生、医院管理者、患者的需求，已成为医院检验管理工作的新课题。本文以医院区域临床检验信息管理系统为开发背景，对区域临床检验信息管理系统进行需求分析，明确了区域临床检验信息管理系统的功能需求和性能需求；确定了系统的体系结构和软件架构；设计了系统结构图、包结构、系统业务逻辑接口等。在系统的实现中，综合利用了标签库、事务管理技术，有效地提高了数据库的程序代码编写质量和开发效率。通过检验系统的应用，得到了医院的认可与好评，实现了医院检验数据的共享，缩短了检验报告的时间，统一了检验报告格式，减少了误差率，提高了诊断准确率，为使医院科学管理提供了数据支撑。

With the arrival of the information age, great changes have taken place in hospital medical laboratory work. Various intelligent testing instruments have been applied to medical laboratory work one after another, and they have produced a large number of medical laboratory data. It is necessary to improve the quality of medical treatment and the level of diagnosis continuously. All these cannot be separated from the data of medical examination. Medical inspection data have become an important factor in improving the level of diagnosis and treatment in hospitals. How to use advanced equipment to develop high efficiency at a lower cost, A safe medical laboratory data management system to meet the needs of doctors, hospital administrators and patients has become a new task in hospital laboratory management. Based on the development background of hospital regional clinical laboratory information management system, the requirements of regional clinical laboratory information management system are analyzed, and the functional and performance requirements of the regional clinical laboratory information management system are clarified. The system structure and software architecture are determined, and the system structure diagram, package structure, system business logic interface and so on are designed. In the implementation of the system, the tag library and transaction management technology are used synthetically. Through the application of the inspection system, it has been recognized and praised by the hospital, realized the sharing of the hospital inspection data, shortened the time of the inspection report, and effectively improved the programming quality and development efficiency of the database. The standard of test report is unified, the error rate is reduced, the diagnostic accuracy is improved, and the data support is provided for the scientific management of hospital.
