基于动态规划法仓储作业流程优化研究-以中格威电子公司为例

摘要

交通运输是国民经济的主要命脉，影响着人们的经济活动和生活。随着市场经济的快速发展，作为“第三利润源泉”的物流对经济活动的影响日益明显，越来越引起人们的重视。在现代物流中，配送是一个与消费者直接相连的重要环节，其体现了企业的核心竞争力。通过对运输路径优化，我们可以提高企业的运作效率，降低配送成本，实现物流科学化。因此，人们会寻求出更具有科学的方法来对运输的效率进行提高。本文站在仓储效益最大化的角度上，以提高服务质量和降低配送成本为准则，利用层次分析法针对方案层的三个方案进行分析计算，得出合理进行作业流程优化更有助于效益的提高。然后针对中格威电子公司的某一业务为例，运用动态规划的方法优化了运输路线，提高了车辆的装载率，从而降低企业运输成本，提高效率，创造时间价值，提高了仓储的效益。

ABSTRACT

Transportation isthe mainlifeline ofthe national economy, affecting citizens’ economic activity and life.With therapid developmentof market economy,as the "third profit source" logistics on economic activity has become increasingly apparent, the influence of increasingly attracted people's attention.In modern logistics,an important link of the logistic is the distribution, that is a directly connected with consumers. It is reflects the core competitiveness of the enterprise.Through optimization transportation route, we can improve the operational efficiency of enterprise, reduce distribution costs and achieve logistics scientific.Therefore, people will find the more scientific approach to improve the efficiency of transportation. This articleisstanding on the maximization of benefit side, to improve the service quality and reducing distribution costs for the guidelines, the analytical hierarchy process according to the three schemes layer analyzing and calculating for vehicle route optimization reasonable more help efficiency. Then for a business in JinYaDa CFS, using dynamic programming method optimizes the transport routes and improved vehicle loading rate. Thereby reducing enterprise transport costs，improve efficiency and create time value.
