教师业务档案是高校档案的重要组成部分,它能为高校管理、教师业务考核、统计报表等提供资料,是学校进行管理工作以及抓好师资队伍建设的重要依据。传统的高校教师档案管理主要以电子文档和纸质材料为媒介,分散且不便于集中管理。与财务、教务等系统接合较差,容易产生数据的冗余和不一致。为高校各部门和广大教师提供方便的接口,解决了传统方案的局限性，提高了档案管理的效率。本文介绍了该系统的功能及高效率、管理方便等特点。

本论文主要完成的工作有：对教师业务水平综合管理系统进行了需求分析；对教师业务水平综合管理工作的业务流程进行了分析与设计；以业务活动为基础对教师业务水平管理活动的问题领域进行了分析，在问题领域分析的基础上对教师业务水平管理管理活动中的持久类进行了数据库设计；从三层结构视点角度确定了系统中的界面类及控制类；实现了教师业务水平综合管理核心功能。

在开发过程中充分考虑系统的开发式数据访问层和业务层的多功能性系统的数据访问层和业务层类，具有良好的可移植性，并提高系统的开发效率。

AbstractThe teacher files is an important part of the University Archives, and can provide information for management of colleges and universities, teachers, business assessment, statistical reports, school management work, and do a good job of teaching staff construction basis. The traditional college teachers file management to electronic documents and paper-based materials for the media, dispersed and not easy to centrally manage. Engagement with financial, academic system less prone to data redundancy and inconsistency. Provide a convenient interface for the various departments of the college and the vast majority of teachers, to solve the limitations of the traditional program, to improve the efficiency of file management. This article describes the characteristics of the system's functionality and high efficiency, easy management.

Completed work in this thesis are: demand analysis of teachers' professional level integrated management system; teachers operational level management of business processes analysis and design; business activities based on the problem areas of the level of business management activities of teachers were analyzed on the basis of the analysis in the problem domain database design; system interface class and the control class is determined from the three-tier structure viewpoint angle; teachers operational level integrated class teachers in service level management activities lasting manage core functionality.

Fully consider the system in the process of open data access layer and business layer versatility of the system's data access layer and business layer class has good portability, and improve the efficiency of the system development.
