某实训大楼设计摘  要:实训大楼作为一个满足正常教学和实训的公共建筑，根据任务书和其使用功能要求进行其平面布置及结构的设计。本设计中选取框架结构型式，并进行结构平面布置，确定楼盖形式为双向板肋梁楼盖。在板的设计过程中，先后进行了荷载计算，内力分析，并进行了截面配筋。并进行了板式楼梯设计。在框架结构设计中选取一榀横向框架进行设计，综合考虑恒载、活载和风载的综合的作用，在竖向荷载作用下内力分析采用弯矩二次分配法，水平荷载作用下的内力分析采用D值法，通过内力分析结果进行框架梁、柱的设计。框架结构基础采用柱下独立基础和联合基础并用两种形式。

Abstract:Lab center as a public building to satisfied the normal teaching and experimental , which designed according to the  function and commitments for the layout and structure .And choice frame structure in this design,and layout the structure,ensure floor form for two-way board rib beam floor.In board design process, conducted a series of the load calculation,internal force analysis,and a section reinforcement. And design the board type stair. In the frame structure design in selecting a hinged frame transverse design, comprehensive consideration of the constant load, live load and wind load of the role of comprehensive, and use secondary distribution method to analysis the vertical load , horizontal loads internal force analysis using D value method, through the internal force analysis results are beam and column design.The frame structure basis under column independent foundation and the joint base with two forms.Key word: frame structure; Two-way board floor; board type stair; independent column foundation
